India and South Africa reiterated that a multi-disciplinary Joint Working Group (JWC) may be set up after establishing the areas of cooperation. This was agreed when Dr I Mastepe Casaburri, minister of communications, South Africa called on Dayanidhi Maran, minister of communications and IT.
Both the sides recognized the need to work for a new MoU in the field of communications, which will be finalized during the President Kalam's visit to South Africa.
