Subex Systems Ltd has announced its agreement to acquire, subject to customer due diligence, certain assets and liabilities related to the Fraud Centurion product from Lightbridge Inc.
Lightbridge is a value-added transaction processing company. Fraud Centurion is a suite of network monitoring software tools
designed to detect fraudulent activity on wireless networks.
According to the BSE website, this acquisition would add nearly 14 new clients to Subex's 50 and consolidate Subex's position as the No 1 vendor for fraud management solutions, worldwide. The closing is subject to certain requirements set forth the agreement. No additional terms have been disclosed.
