BSNL, Reliance tie up for SMS in UP

Mobile subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Reliance, in Uttar Pradesh, will soon be able to send and receive SMSs to each other. According to sources, an agreement in this regard has been reached between the two companies.

According to BSNL officials, the equipment required for starting the facility would be provided by Reliance.
