Tata Telecom Ltd has declared its results for the year ended 31 March 2004. In this period it has recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 32.67 crore, as against Rs 18.56 crore in the previous year, an increase of 76 percent. The company also recorded a turnover of Rs 401.93 crore as compared to Rs 325.75 crore in the previous year, reporting a 23 percent growth.
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 4.50 per share (45 percent) for the fiscal 2003-04 for approval of shareholders. The turnover in the fourth quarter of FY 2003-04 is at Rs 132.50 crore, up by 20 percent as compared to Rs 110.11 crore in the corresponding previous period. And, the PAT stands at Rs 10.55 crore percent, up by 27 percent as compared to Rs 8.32 crore in the corresponding previous period.
