Intransa, provider of network storage solutions, has announced the appointment of B Chandrasekhar as head of its operations in India. Prior to this he was heading the fiber channel network storage initiative at Sun Microsystems, India. At Intransa, he would be further looking to expand its operations and client base in India He is an alumnus of IIT, Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad.
Chandrashekar has previously held key leadership positions at HCL, Wipro, Motorola, and Sun Microsystems in India and abroad.
Commenting on this appointment, Dr. Avi Katz, President and CEO, Intransa Inc. said, "In line with our commitment to expand our global presence, we are strengthening our leadership teams in key countries across the region."
