HC Reserves Judgment on CAS in Delhi

The Delhi High Court Thursday reserved its judgment on a bunch of petitions seeking implementation of conditional access system (CAS) in the capital even as the Centre maintained it was not deferred for political considerations. Reserving the verdict, a bench comprising Chief Justice BC Patel and Justice AK Sikri asked the Centre to file by Friday written submissions and records containing the decision to defer CAS in the city.
