VisualSoft Technologies will soon offer business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The company has decided to set up a 500-seat BPO centre in Hyderabad within the next two quarters with an overall estimated investment of Rs 40
crore.
The company is scouting for office space in and around Hyderabad. Of the proposed investment of Rs 40 crore, a major chunk will go into the Hyderabad centre, while the rest would be for the proposed Visakhapatnam BPO operations. The company would take up activities in help desk, tech support services, in-bound voice/non-voice and multi-media services.
