A wireless messaging visionary and telecommunications engineer, Dayakar
Puskoor founded JP Mobile in 1995, a leading developer of Web-to-wireless portal
data solutions that integrate multiple handheld communications devices and data networks,
allowing mobile users to wirelessly access Internet and intranet information
anywhere, anytime.
Puskoor now has a dual focus: guiding JP Mobile in being the leading provider
of mobile software and solutions for F1000 enterprises and building a
world-class mobile solutions company. With this goal in mind, Puskoor has
established a technology development center in Hyderabad, investing over $2
million. Puskoor is also the author of numerous patents and the recipient of
awards for engineering and systems development. He had a distinguished 10-year
career at Motorola, where he held key management, product development and
wireless technology roles. Among his achievements was the design and development
of the first FLEX-TD system in Japan for Tokyo Tel-Message Company’s
nationwide paging network. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and
earned a master’s degree in computer science from Nova University. n Page(s) 1
