Spice Mobiles issued an advisory to reassure its customers that their handsets carry a genuine IMEI number and is a registered member of the ICA in India for manufacturing of GSM and CDMA mobile handsets. All handsets sold by Spice Mobiles carry the ICA-Spice hologram certifying the genuiness of the product. Kunal Ahooja, Director & CEO, Spice Mobiles said, “We have been witnessing distress and panic in mobile users since past few days where issues are arising with handsets of all brands and we take this opportunity to reassure them that their Spice Handset carries a genuine IMEI number and they can be worry free on this.” In the event & due to any technical reasons a Spice Mobile Phone gets deactivated, the same can be brought to the Spice Authorized Service Centres where it will be restored immediately free of cost.
