Avaya and Orange Business Services India has announced their collaboration. Avaya and Orange Business Services will provide unified communications services and solutions to help multinational companies maximize the power of convergence in a cost-effective manner. “ Our collaboration will help us extend across all vertical industries, tapping those that we have not yet reached. This relationship will help customers implement advanced communications applications and services to make the most of their existing investments, lower the risk associated with migrating to new technology and simplify sourcing by reducing the number of external suppliers through a single, global point of contact,” said Jangoo Dalal, Managing Director, Avaya India. The collaboration will provide a suite of solutions (Hosted and Integrated Call Centers, managed or integrated Unified Communications solutions) that deliver the business benefits of improved productivity, cost savings, limited organizational risk, business agility, rapid deployment, flexibility and mobility and control over the management of solution components.
