Bharti Teletech has signed an agreement with Avaya. Under the term of the agreement, Bharti Teletech will sell and distribute the entire portfolio of Avaya's unified communications and contact center solutions and services in India. With this alliance, Avaya will be able to leverage Bharti Teletech's distribution network with EPABX and voice partners and system integrators to penetrate the Indian market. Sunil K.
