NTT DOCOMO has selected Alactel-Lucent's 7450 Ethernet service switch for all
IP transformation of its network. This solution will enable NTT DOCOMO to
deliver high-quality voice, data, and video services. This solution will also
help NTT DOCOMO to construct a nationwide network addressing voice and video
traffic when transporting over its core IP network. This 7450 Ethernet service
switch will also provide evolution path for NTT DOCOMO to upgrade its network to
10-40G and 100G.
