Zain Nigeria has signed multi-vendor and maintenance deal with Nokia Siemens
Networks, for its fiber backbone network. The agreement covers full network
management, operation, and maintenance, which will ensure network availability
at all times across Nigeria. As part of this agreement, NSN will provide managed
services for Zain's multi-vendor fiber, and Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM)
network in Nigeria.
