D-Link to Supply Wi-Fi Equipment to Tata Comm

Tata Communications has selected D-Link as its supplier for providing wireless access points and antennas for deployment of Wi-Fi hotspots across the country. To wirelessly enable these hotspots, Tata Communications has deployed D-Link Access Points-DWL-3200AP, DWL-2100AP; and wireless antennas-ANT-24-0800 and ANT-24-0801. The company's hotspots include the major domestic and international airports, leading premium star hotels, educational institutions, sports stadium, hospitals, chain of restaurants and coffee shops. The engineering team at Tata Communications Retail Business evaluated a wide selection of products and vendors. The team picked D-Link India as its supplier due to the good coverage and manageability of D-Link's equipment.
