Datacraft India Ltd. is now getting more and more active in the OSS and billing solutions for the communications service provider segment. As its focus shifts from the products to the services, the company has tied-up for OSS, billing and security solutions with leading companies from the US and Canada like Micromuse and Architel. At present, Datacraft has eight telecom service providers for its clients in the Asia-Pacific region for the OSS and billing solutions. According to R Anil Kumar, head of marketing, "We have the maximum number of checkpoint certified engineers". The company wants to get over 40 percent of its revenues to come from the services in three years from now.
