Bombay-based Hiranandani Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd. has announced plans to enter into the call center business in a major way. According to Satishchandra L Bilgi, VP of Information Technology division, the company is in the process of signing up with some of the US and French companies for the call center services. The company has already got orders for networking eighty buildings in Mumbai and making them ready for the broadband services. Hiranandani also offers CRM/SCM solutions for the enterprises and portal development.
