BV Naidu was awarded MS from Madras Institute of Technology
in 1986 and has BS from Andhra University.
Naidu's career span is more than 16 years starting as an
R&D Engineer developing Communication Protocols in Education Research Net
Project. He started the first email network in India in 1987, and first Internet
in the same capacity. During the initial phase of career he published many
papers in both International and National Publication. He was selected for
fellowship in the United Nation Development Program, US Telecomm Training
Institute and US IS.
He is a member of the Chief Minister Task Force on Information Technology,
founder member of Indian Institute of Information Technology, founder member and
Advisory Board Member of Karnataka IT Fund, director of Karnataka Electronics
Development Corporation (KEONICS) and a very active charter member of
TiE-Bangalore. Mr Naidu is the director of Software Technology Parks of India,
Bangalore.
